Terms of Service
Effective October 25, 2026
These terms explain the rules for requesting work from Susquehanna Maintenance Services (“SMS York,” “we,” “us”) and for the text messages we send from 717-636-7636. By requesting a quote, hiring us, or texting our business number, you agree to these terms.
SMS York text messages
Program name: SMS York (Susquehanna Maintenance Services)
Program description: We text customers about the work they asked us to do. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, estimates, invoices, job status updates, and customer support replies. We do not send promotional or marketing texts unless you have agreed to receive them.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your job and how often you contact us.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge its standard messaging fees.
Consent to receive text messages is not required to hire us or to request a quote. You can call 717-636-7636 instead.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. We will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number.
Opting out of texts does not cancel a scheduled job. Call us if you need to change or cancel work that is already booked.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and when we share it. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Quotes and scheduled work
A quote request or a text conversation is not a promise that we will do the job. An estimate follows once the work can be reviewed. Some jobs need an on-site look before a price is firm. Work is scheduled only after the scope and price are clear.
You are responsible for giving an accurate description of the job and a number where we can reach you. If details change, contact us before the scheduled visit.
Using this website
The information on smsyork.com describes our services in York County, PA and nearby communities. It is not a guarantee that every service is available at every address or on every date. Photos of past work show completed jobs and are not a promise of identical results.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above. The current version is always available at https://smsyork.com/terms.
